IMPHIL provides opportunities wherein individuals can be empowered to make themselves better at their jobs. Our approach is holistic. We train, we educate, and we involve ourselves with individual as well as organizational development.
Our training programs are geared towards enabling each person with tools that encourage best practices and good habits. Available is a whole range of training modules, from soft skills such as Emotional Intelligence and Teamwork, to personal development such as Communication Skills and Time Management.
Traditionally, COFILCO’s focus leans towards the technical field of study. The vast majority of COFILCO members are engaged in engineering, architecture or construction management consulting. Not that IMPHIL’s field isn’t scientific; in fact, one of its objectives is to further develop management consulting as both an art and a science. IMPHIL tries to achieve this by organizing suitable activities, by networking among its members and by leading through example.
IMPHIL Members themselves exemplify the standards of competence and integrity they stand for. The organization’s primary goal is to uphold management consulting’s main purpose of assisting clients in analyzing and solving management-related issues while exhibiting talents, skills, knowledge, experience and integrity using practical approach.
Management Consulting is a valuable and oftentimes indispensable service that allows executives and managers a fresher perspective on their businesses. IMPHIL strives to improve its services which they offer to their clients at reasonable cost. A 100% Filipino initiative, IMPHIL seeks to enhance its members capabilities and competitiveness. This is aimed at helping them hold their own vis-a-vis their foreign counterparts. These are lofty objectives that are challenging to achieve due to several factors.
In its role as agent of change, IMPHIL relies more on word of mouth. Members attend conventions and seminars where booths are setup and brochures handed out. Potential members are met here. IMPHIL operates via networking in order to bid for and win consulting engagements for its members. It’s worthwhile for a consulting firm to a member of IMPHIL.
IMPHIL provides forum for members where they can get together and help each other participate in potential projects. From time to time, the organization campaigns for certain advocacies. The networking alone among our members is already a significant benefit.
